Quotations
Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are subject to satisfactory site survey and final measurements.
Orders & deposits
Commercial accounts generally work to standard net payment terms. Residential or non-trade work may require a deposit. Specific terms are confirmed in writing at quotation stage.
Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on materials (typically 10-25 years) and our own registered workmanship guarantee apply. Documentation supplied on handover.
Liability
S&K Group Limited holds £10m public liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
