Do you handle planning and Building Regs?
Where applicable, yes — we'll advise on planning requirements (e.g. conservation areas, listed buildings) and ensure the specification meets current Building Regulations (Part L, Part B, Part M etc).
Can you work to my JCT or tender contract?
Yes. We work to JCT, NEC and CIS-registered contracts and are familiar with main-contractor procurement frameworks. References, financial accounts and accreditations available.
What warranties come with the installation?
Manufacturer warranties on materials (typically 10-25 years depending on system) plus our own registered workmanship guarantee. Documentation supplied on handover.
